What is mSpy?

mSpy is a mobile application that empowers you with advanced monitoring and data collection features for smartphones and other mobile devices. mSpy will discretely log and record all SMS messages, phone calls, calendar events and notes, allowing you to access the data even after it has been deleted from the phone. mSpy also provides real-time GPS tracking of the device's location with live route data displayed on a map.

Is my privacy protected?

We don't record, store, transmit or resell any personal information of our customers. Moreover, mSpy uses active security policies that ensure complete privacy by encrypting all confidential activity logs.

How does mSpy work?

Once you install the mSpy software on the phone you wish to monitor, you can access all of mSpy's features and data remotely from any computer or smartphone web browser. You never need physical access to the phone again. Simply log in to your account's online Control Panel. From here you can adjust settings, download any data collected from the mSpy-enabled mobile device, and display real-time device location and travel route history right on the map.

How do I get started?

mSpy is easy to use and easy to get started. After you purchase the subscription plan of your choice, you will immediately receive an e-mail with the password to your personal Control Panel.

Set-up is a breeze with three simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Control Panel with your e-mail address and the password delivered in your welcome e-mail.
  2. Add your target phone to monitoring, using wizard in Control Panel. From the Control Panel you can also change the pre-generated password to one of your choice.
  3. Wait just a few minutes for mSpy to start receiving data from the target device. Once the first logs appear in your Control Panel, you are ready to access all phone activity 24/7 and in real-time through your secure mSpy account.

What phones can I use with mSpy

mSpy will run on any phone or mobile device running iOS, Android, BlackBerry operating systems on most mobile phones (Apple, BlackBerry, Nokia, HTC, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, Huawei, ZTE, Google, LG, MEIZU, Acer, Philips, etc.) Please note that you need only install mSpy on the phone you wish to monitor.

How do I monitor my employees?

If you are an employer, you have the right and duty to ensure that your employees are using their company-provided mobile devices appropriately and professionally. mSpy makes you a better business person by empowering you to find out exactly what your employees are doing.

How can I pay for mSpy?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro. You may also send money via PayPal or Moneybookers from any country.

How is mSpy delivered? Do I pay for shipping?

mSpy is a digital software product delivered electronically through direct download. There is nothing to ship and no additional fees to receive the software. Simply follow the link included in the welcome e-mail you receive upon purchase.

Where is my welcome e-mail?

The welcome e-mail is delivered immediately upon successful completion of purchase. Due to delays in payment processing, it may take up to 4 hours to receive the e-mail. Make sure to check your junk mail or spam folder in case your e-mail client inadvertently flags the unrecognized e-mail as spam.

Can I download mSpy to my PC?

Using the download link from the welcome e-mail, you may download the mSpy software to your PC. However, you will need to install mSpy on a mobile device in order to use the product. You can install the downloaded software anytime on to the device of your choice by sending the file via Bluetooth or USB cable from your PC to the device.

Can I install mSpy on multiple phones?

Yes, but you need to use the web-based Control Panel to configure mSpy for each target phone. A single mSpy account subscription can only be used to monitor a single device. When you order mSpy, you must select the quantity of devices to monitor. If you want to install mSpy on additional phones, you will need to purchase subscriptions for each device.

Does mSpy support my phone service provider?

mSpy is designed to run on all supported phones regardless of network, service provider, or location. You have full access to mSpy data whether the phone is across town or across the world. The only requirements are that the phone includes a supported operating system and has Internet access which means the vast majority of smartphones and mobile devices on the market today!

Please note that carrier imposed restrictions may apply. Mobile devices running the Android operating system on AT&T's network are prevented from installing third-party applications such as mSpy. Verizon has placed GPS restrictions on its customers, which may hinder mSpy's location tracking features. If you are uncertain, please check with your network service provider for more information.

Why is Internet access required for the target phone?

mSpy requires access to the Internet in order to send the data it records to your online control. This is what allows mSpy to provide monitoring and tracking data for your review, available anytime and anyplace through a web-browser.

Although you can download the software to a PC and install by Bluetooth or USB, the recommended (and easiest) method is to download and install mSpy directly on the target device.

Does the data transfer from mSpy (GRPS/Internet connection) show up on the phone bill for the target device?

No.

Depending on the phone's particular plan, the bill may reflect a flat-rate data charge or charges for the amount of data transferred. There will be no indication of what data is sent, where data is sent, or which applications access the Internet. mSpy is uses so little bandwidth that the phone user won't notice the difference, making it a truly invisible application. mSpy does not interfere with the regular use of your target device and there is no way to tell that mSpy is running on a device.

How do I find out if mSpy is installed on my phone?

You can't!

Unlike other similar applications, mSpy is totally invisible once installed and configured for the target device. Other apps require you to use SMS commands for configuration, which can leave evidence behind in the target phone's message storage. With mSpy, the software is totally invisible once installed, and all set-up and configuration is done remotely from the online Control Panel.

Monitoring data uploaded to your mSpy account uses minimal bandwidth, usually well under 100kb. The data load is so light, you would never suspect that your phone is broadcasting such a wide variety of valuable information. mSpy uses minimal power, resulting in no noticable change of battery life. Fully accessible and managed via the web interface, mSpy is an entirely hand-off, discrete solution. Once the app is installed, there is no need to pick up the phone again, and no way to detect the application on the phone.

How do I see the tracking information?

The full featured, easy-to-use Control Panel gives you access to SMS and call logs, e-mail, and location tracking data. Simply log on at Mspy with the login detail provided in your welcome e-mail. Data will be available about 20 minutes after you first install and configure mSpy for the target device. A sidebar on the left-hand side provides one-click access to real-time usage statistics.
